The FSAP offers free, confidential, professional consultation and assistance to help faculty, staff, and their families resolve difficulties that may be affecting their personal lives and job performance.

Vision

Syracuse University recognizes that everyone has personal problems at one time or another that may make daily living and working difficult. For many, these can be dealt with by thinking them over alone or by talking with family or friends. But sometimes problems persist despite such efforts.

The FSAP is a commitment by Syracuse University to promote the personal well-being and development of faculty, staff, and their families.
